“I have been working in the Electrical industry from the age of 18, so have over 15 years experience. I started my apprenticeship working in the social housing sector in South London. This helped me to build a well rounded skill set and I soon realised I wanted to work for myself. In 2017 I started Lapsley Electrical Contractors as a one man band electrician solely working in the domestic sector.

My hunger to develop and learn accompanied with a can do attitude soon gave me lots of opportunities in the industry and the company began to grow organically. At the end of 2024 we finished the year with 7 field staff, an office administrator, a contractors manager and our own office. My aim in business is to continue to grow and develop whilst keeping our core values at the fore front of our work and service”
